Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on material availability and order volume. While we strive to meet all quoted timeframes, Luméa is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

4. Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the custom nature of our products.

5. Product Colors and Materials

We make every effort to ensure that product colors and materials displayed online accurately represent the final product. However, due to monitor settings, lighting, and fabric variations, slight differences may occur, which are not considered defects.

6. Warranty

Luméa products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of Luméa and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
