At Luméa, each window covering is made-to-order and crafted specifically for your space. Because of this, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to Luméa’s review and approval.

If your request is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer is responsible for all associated fees, including shipping, handling, and any costs related to restoring the product to its original purchase condition.

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, complete with all packaging and accessories.

  • Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@lumealiving.com with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
