Production & Delivery Times

• Custom Blinds: Estimated delivery in 5 weeks after order confirmation.

• Custom Curtains: Estimated delivery in 8 weeks after order confirmation.

Each product is made to measure with premium materials—never mass-produced or cut from pre-made stock.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Ontario and Quebec. If you reside outside these provinces, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll advise if delivery can be arranged.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and reputable local delivery partners to ensure safe and timely arrival.

Tracking & Support

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If your order has not arrived after the expected timeframe, contact info@lumealiving.com, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Delivery Exceptions

If delivery to your area is not possible, we will notify you and issue a full refund for your purchase.
